A new swimming pool at the backyard of the villa build from the scratch amidst the lush green spacious landscape for seating resulted in a luxurious finish

When approached to remodel a 3 Bedroom Villa in Arabian Ranches, a modern take on rustic design was what came to mind. Wooden flooring along with beige painted walls and off-white curtains completed a softly lit interior. A
mix of traditional hand crafted furniture and decor complimented the space. Cast iron chandeliers illuminated the space at night. It was important for us to create a quiet interior that reflected the culture and heritage of the family
that would live in this Villa.

The project began when we began discussing a brand new office space for a real estate company in Dubai. We wanted to design a space that reflects the corporate identity along with considerations about efficient workspaces,
maximising natural lighting and effective noise control. The result was a modern office layout that streamlined day to day activities of a real estate broker.

Organising affordable work spaces for creative start-ups that reflect on their brand and creative identity is a challenge. For this interior, we provided an industrial inspired space at a starting price. We felt it was important for us to create a layout that reflected most of their day to say activities. The result was a open space layout that maximised collaboration between the designers that work at this creative start up.
